Health Care Coverage

Health Plans (Drug Plans):

Through your place of employment, private insurance, government sponsored plans like Veterans, Indian Affairs, Workmen's Compensation, etc.

Other than prescription drugs, many drug plans will cover Home Health Care Equipment and supplies such as:

	Ostomy and Colostomy supplies
	Wound care and first aid needs
	Support stockings, back braces, tennis elbow, etc
	Glucometers for diabetes or Blood pressure monitors
	Bathroom safety devices and commodes
	Wheelchairs, walkers, canes, scooters hospital beds, etc

Payment:

For the above items, when possible, we bill the plan directly so your $$$ do not get tied up.  Otherwise we provide an official receipt for you to submit to the plan for re-imbursement.

Delivery, set up and after sales service:

We believe this to be the MOST important part of the whole process.  We EXCEL in this field with our experienced staff and delivery vehicles.  There may be a nominal charge for some services.

Please Note:

	The Ontario Drug Benefit plan (For seniors, people on social assistance, family benefits or Trillium plan) covers only drugs listed in the formulary.  It does NOT cover above listed items.
	The Assistive Devices Program funded by the Ministry of Health MAY cover some devices on a prescription from a physician or a therapist.
